Eversheds Sutherland took the decision to relocate more than 300 staff to a new office in Manchester’s New Bailey Development. BA Joinery were appointed by Overbury to deliver the bespoke joinery works, including: 

Social spaces

College steps
–
Door sets
–
Copy/ tea points
–
Acoustic/ Timber Wall panelling

It was established early on in design period that programme was key to delivering this scheme therefore we needed to design the joinery in such a way that site install time was kept to a minimum.

Programme milestones were raised, agreed and tracked with the client and this paid off when it came to delivery.

We understood that the staircase and surface finishes would play a significant part to the architectural team, therefore additional sampling and benchmarks were set early in the project.
