PROJECT OVERVIEW

BA Joinery were successfully appointed as part of the fit out of BT’s newly acquired contact centre in Warrington as part of BT’s ‘Better Workplace Programme’ – one of the largest workplace improvement and consolidation schemes of its type ever undertaken in the UK.

BA Joinery worked with Overbury to refurbish the 60,000 sq ft, two-storey office building in Warrington’s Birchwood Park to create a new workspace for hundreds of BT employees.

The fit out works incorporated an enhanced joinery package, including a new reception area and a town hall seating area and various break-out points. 

Responsiveness was incredibly important in giving BT the level of service they needed to achieve the robust timescales of the programme.
